Bjorn's body alteration

As soon as you enter the atmospheric wooden room a strange and strong scent hits your senses. It smells vaguely of carbolic soap, or maybe antiseptic. As you look around for the source of the unusual scent you notice the place does look neat and clean with almost a surgical feel to it. There are several booths lined up along the white walls, each compartment has a table in the center and shelves with odd medical or crafting tools on them. However the pets that are being operated on in the booths are wide awake and there is no sign of blood or medicine. Instead the assistants in the shop seem to be concentrating on the fiddly job of attaching limbs to the pets bodies as if the new parts were made of clay or plasticine. They are carefully molding and sculpting the joints then adding feathers, fur or skin over the new attachment. After watching this fascinating process for a few minutes you hear the floor boards creaking behind you as someone approaches. Turning to face the person you see a solid and husky looking man coming nearer. Although he looks a little gruff he has a pleasant smiling face underneath the rough dark brown beard and hair. He starts to speak in a soft friendly Eastern European voice.
'Hello friend, I am Bjorn, owner of the shop and creator of the attachments. I see you are curious about the attaching of the parts? Do not worry it is perfectly harmless but it does take a long time. We currently only have the beautiful enchanted wings that once attached move as if alive. They also infuse the creatures body with the power to overcome gravity if they choose. Isnt that impressive? Would you like to try a pair? Just remember that if the pet already has wings we cant attach a second pair, that would be too much for the creature.'

Ah, should I try moving the wings lower then or are they alright there? Or I maybe could get rid of whats left of the horns if you want.
