The Town hall

Inside the huge entrance to the grand old town hall building the air is crisp and cool, the walls are covered in priceless paintings and tapestries, any spare space shows the impressive pale stone walls inbetween huge marble pillars. There are a few offical looking people with briefcases milling about and walking through into various rooms. These rooms appear off limits due to the bodyguards surrounding the hand carved dark wooden door frames. However you seem free to roam around the large hallway entrance to your hearts desire, though there isnt much going on besides a stall set up a little way in to the right, but unfortunately its currently closed.
